When you join our list we collect the information you provide: your first and last name, your email address, optionally your mobile number, and optionally how you heard about us. We also collect basic, non-identifying analytics about how the site is used.
We use this information only to send you launch updates, early access, and news about The White Theory, and to understand and improve our site. We send marketing messages only with your express consent, given by checking the box on the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time. We do not sell your information.
Providing your mobile number is optional. We store it to offer launch-day early access. We will not send you text messages unless you separately and explicitly opt in to receive them.
We use Klaviyo as our email marketing platform to store list information and send messages. Your information is handled under their security and privacy terms as our processor.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, and you can unsubscribe from any message at any time using the link in the email or by writing to us. Where applicable law gives you further rights, such as under Canada's privacy law and consent rules or the EU's GDPR, we will honour them.
We keep your information for as long as you remain on our list or until you ask us to remove it.
